Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 12 p.m. and the next business day when placed after 12 p.m. Orders placed on weekends and on bank holidays are dispatched the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding French holidays.

Please note that orders placed during a Sale period may expect a delay in fulfilment.

Multiple items within the same order may be shipped in separate packages with their own tracking number. Once your tracking number received by email, we invite you to check your tracking information in order to verify your number of packages. 

Any duties and import taxes you may be required to pay at delivery will be calculated and added to your order total before you check out.

UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from the distribution center. Log into your account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

As all orders are made automatically, it is impossible for us to modify shipping and delivery times.

 

Shipping restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the top right corner of every page.
