Order: status, tracking and tax-free shipping
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email and in your customer account by consulting your order. You can also track your parcel on the ups.com website using the tracking number provided by email. If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us via customercare@lanvin.com for further assistance.
Once your order has been placed, it is difficult to modify or cancel it. However, if you contact us quickly via customercare@lanvin.com, we will do our best to respond to your request.
Delivery times vary according to your location. In general, standard delivery takes between 1 and 4 working days. For more precise information, please consult our shipping and delivery information page.
We offer the possibility of pre-ordering a product before its release. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.
To certify receipt of your order, a signature is required from the person receiving the parcel at the delivery address indicated at the time of purchase.
Customs duties are fully covered by our company. So, there are no extra charges when you place your order, even for international shipments.
No. We do not offer tax-free shopping on our website.
All our items are shipped in a luxurious Lanvin blue box, the colour of the House. Inside the box, items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and accompanied by a protective cover for shoes, bags and delicate ready-to-wear pieces. The boxes are adapted to the size of the items and are ideal for gifts.
We don't currently offer any promotional codes. However, we invite you to sign up for our newsletter, which will keep you up to date with our exclusive offers and special events.
Invoices for your purchases are available by logging into your account on our website and are also sent by e-mail when you place an order. If you cannot find it, please contact our Lanvin Customer Service at the following email address: customercare@lanvin.com.
Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached. Incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products cannot be returned.
For reasons of hygiene, we will not accept the return of masks, tights and swimwear.
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your parcel or consult our returns policy on our website. Return requests can be made through our Returns Center.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging and that all labels are intact.
Once the return request has been registered in our Returns Center, you will receive a prepaid UPS return slip. If you choose another carrier, you will be responsible for the cost.
You can schedule a pickup via the UPS website at ups.com/pickup or by contacting them directly by phone. You can also drop off your return at a UPS ups dropoff point.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days (excluding return postage). The time taken to receive your refund will depend on your bank.
If rejected, the item will be returned to you.
Return shipping costs are €10. They will be deducted from the refund you receive. Returns are free of charge for all exchange requests. If you choose to use a carrier other than the one proposed, you must pay the return shipping costs directly to the carrier of your choice.
In order to know the status of your return, we invite you to track your parcel on ups.com using the number indicated on your return slip or to contact our Lanvin Customer Service at the following email address: customercare@lanvin.com.
Your return may have been refused for the following reasons:
- Late return (after 14 working days).
- Non-compliant return because the products were not returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-compliant return because the products are missing.
We remind you that damaged, deteriorated or incomplete products will not be accepted.
The website and the boutiques operate differently. Therefore, it is not possible to return an item purchased in a different network.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund to a different account or credit card.
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size. However, it is not possible to exchange your chosen item for a different model.
Your new item will be sent to you once your original item has been returned and validated by our warehouse.
Methods of payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue. The total amount will be debited from your card upon confirmation of your order.
Lanvin Online Store has a Quick Buy option that allows you to securely store your credit card information so you don't need to re-enter it for future purchases.
- PayPal: make online purchases without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be debited when your order is finalized.
- Klarna: allows payment in instalments or deferred payment, depending on the options available in your country.
- Apple pay
- Google pay

Quality: maintenance, repair and spare pieces
We offer a repair and spare piece replacement service for Lanvin products except for watches and eyewear. We invite you to contact your jeweller for requests concerning watches and your optician for requests concerning eyewear. Products: availability, manufacturing and information
Online product availability is indicated on our website. If an item is out of stock, you can opt for the stock alert on the product page and be notified when the item is available again. In-store product availability is also available on our product pages.

Size guides and detailed information on product materials are available on every product page of our website. If you have any further questions, please contact our Customer Service department at customercare@lanvin.com.
For help choosing the right size, please consult our size guide available on each product page. Sizes range from 34 to 44 for ready-to-wear and from 35 to 49 for shoes. If you need further advice, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you via customercare@lanvin.com.
Our Curb, Clay, Cash, JLA, L-I, DDB0 and Curb Lite sneakers fit correctly, so please choose your usual size or refer to our size guide on each product page. Our DBB1 sneakers fit slightly large, so if you're not sure between two sizes, please choose the smaller one.
Most of our shoes are made in Portugal or Italy. The country of manufacture is indicated on each product page. For more information, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@lanvin.com.
In order to guarantee the highest quality, we pay particular attention to materials and to each stage of production. Each product is monitored and controlled by our Quality team to ensure compliance with the quality process.
To verify the authenticity of a Lanvin product, you can contact our Customer Service via customercare@lanvin.com with purchase details and photos. Please note that we do not provide certificates of authenticity.
