You may return undamaged items purchased from the site within 14 days following the date of receipt of your order. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.
Return costs
The return costs are 10€. This will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are free in case of returns for exchanges.
Can I return my item(s)?
You have 14 days starting from the receipt of your order to make a return request request for exchange or refund by logging into your account or by contacting Customer Service at the following address: customercare@lanvin.com. We will not accept any return request made after this deadline.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the returns procedure below to return your products to us.
If you have created an account
1. Go to the Returns Center or log into your account, access the order you wish to return and click on the return button.
2. Enter the required order information.
3. Select the product(s) to be returned.
4. Indicate the reason for the return.
5. Add any information requested.
6. Verify the pages information.
8. Confirm your return.
9. Download the UPS prepaid return label.
If you have not created an account
Go to the Returns Center or contact our Customer Service Department at the following address: customercare@lanvin.com.
We invite you to provide your order number, returned item(s), return reason(s) and specify if you prefer a refund or an exchange in your email.
How do I ship my return?
1. Once your return label received, pack the items you're returning in their original packaging, wrapping and condition, with all tags attached.
2. Print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels.
3. Give the package to the carrier identified on the label.
- If your return request is accepted, you will directly be able to download your return label.
- Please note that additional information and a manual review is necessary for some return reasons (“I received the wrong item”, “The item arrived Damaged”, “The item does not look as on the website” and “The website’s description of the item is inaccurate”) and the processing time can be longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your return label attached and shipping instructions to return the unwanted item(s).
- Please note that all fraudulent returns will be denied once identified.
Return processing
We process and control returns within 3 to 7 working days from the date of receipt in our warehouse. This timeframe may vary depending on peak periods. Once your return has been validated by our quality department, we will proceed with the refund of the conforming items or send you the exchanged item. You will receive a refund or exchange confirmation email. In case of anomaly, the non-compliant items will not be refunded or returned to you.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size. However, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different reference.
Your new item will be shipped to you once your initial item is received and validated by our warehouse.
Under what conditions can I return an item?
Products must be returned for refund or exchange in their original condition and packaging, with the labels still attached to the product. Incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled products cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of masks, tights and swimsuits.
How long do I have to send my item(s) back?
Once your return label generated, you have 14 days to return the package to our UPS carrier.
Which carrier should I use to make a return?
Once the return request has been accepted, you will receive a prepaid UPS return slip. If you choose another carrier, you will be responsible for the costs.
How do I schedule my UPS return?
You can schedule a pickup through the UPS website via the ups.com/pickup link or by contacting them directly by phone. You can also drop off your return at a UPS drop-off location www.ups.com/dropoff.
When will my order be refunded?
If the conditions for returning the product are met, we will refund the item’s amount of the initial order (excluding return costs). If delivery fees are applied, these fees will be refunded to you if your order is returned partially or in full for a refund. Once the return has been accepted by our Quality Department, a period of 3 to 7 days is to be expected for the refund of the returned products. You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
How do I know if the package has been received?
In order to find out the status of your return, we invite you to track your UPS return on the UPS website using your tracking number available on the return label or contact Lanvin Customer Service at the following address: customercare@lanvin.com.
Why was my return refused?
Your return may have been refused for the following reasons:
- It was returned outside of the time limit (outside 14 days after the date of delivery).
- The products were not returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Some of the returned products were missing.
We remind you that damaged, deteriorated or incomplete products will not be accepted.
Is it possible to return an item purchased online in the store, or the other way around?
The website and the stores work differently. Therefore, you can only return store-bought items in store, and online-bought items via our online Returns procedure
I am returning a gift. Who will be refunded?
If the order was paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be paid to the account or credit card used. For security reasons, we are not allowed to make the refund to a different account or credit card.
